Alurol Tablet 100 mg
Allopurinol is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor which is administered orally. It acts on purine catabolism without disrupting the biosynthesis of purines. It reduces the production of uric acid by inhibiting the biochemical reactions immediately preceding its formation. Allopurinol is a structural analogue of the natural purine base, hypoxanthine. It is an inhibitor of xanthine oxidase, the enzyme responsible for the conversion of hypoxanthine to xanthine and xanthine to uric acid, the end product of purine metabolism.

Alurol Tablet 100 mg খাওয়ার নিয়ম / ব্যবহারের নিয়ম
- প্রতিদিন ২০০-৩০০ মি.গ্রা.।
- মাঝারি টপাসিয়াস বাতে প্রতিদিন ৪০০-৬০০ মি.গ্রা.।
- সর্বোচ্চ মাত্রা দৈনিক ৮০০ মি.গ্রা.।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
সাধারণত ত্বকে ফুসকুড়ি হতে পারে। এছাড়াও জ্বর, লিউকোপেনিয়া, বমি বমি ভাব, পেটে ব্যথা, ডায়রিয়া, মাথা ব্যথা দেখা দিতে পারে। কিছু রােগীর ক্ষেত্রে জন্ডিস, ইউসিনােফিলিয়া, মৃদু লিউকোসাইটোসিস হতে পারে।
সতর্কতা
ত্বকে কোন রকম ফুসকুড়ি অথবা অতি সংবেদনশীলতা দেখা দিলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ওষুধ সেবন বন্ধ করতে হবে। যকৃৎ অথবা বৃক্কের মারাত্মক রােগে সেবনমাত্রা কমাতে হবে।
মিথস্ক্রিয়া
Anticoagulant: Allopurinol prolongs the half life of the anticoagulant, dicumarol.
Diuretic: Concomitant use of Allopurinol and thiazide diuretics may contribute to the enhancement of Allopurinol toxicity.
Cytotoxic agent: Enhanced bone marrow suppression by cyclophosphamide and other cytotoxic agent has been reported among patients with neoplastic disease.
গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন ব্যবহার
গর্ভকালীন যথাযথ ও নির্দিষ্ট কারণ ছাড়া এই ওষুধ ব্যবহার ঠিক নয়। স্তন্যদানকারী মায়েদের ক্ষেত্রে সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত।
বৈপরীত্য
যেসব রােগীদের ক্ষেত্রে Alurol Tablet 100 mg ব্যবহারে মারাত্নক প্রতিক্রিয়া লক্ষ্য করা যায়, তাদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।
অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা
তীব্র ওভারডোজ
অন্যান্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া
রক্ত জমাটবাধাদানকারী, ডাইউরেটিক এবং সাইটোটক্সিক ওষুধ।
