Aricept Evess

Donepezil reversibly and noncompetitively inhibits centrally-active acetylcholinesterase. Donepezil Hydrochloride is a centrally acting anticholinesterase agent. It binds reversibly with acetylcholinesterase and inactivates it, thus inhibiting hydrolysis of acetylcholine. As a result the concentration of acetylcholine increases at cholinergic synapses in the brain.

Aricept Evess খাওয়ার নিয়ম / ব্যবহারের নিয়ম

• ৫-১০ মি.গ্রা. দিনে ১ বার সেব্য। সন্ধ্যায় বিশ্রামে যাওয়ার পূর্বে সেবন করা উচিত।
• মাত্রা বৃদ্ধির ক্ষেত্রে সাধারণত প্রতিদিন ৫ মি.গ্রা. ৪-৬ সপ্তাহ ব্যবহারের পর প্রতিদিন ১০ মি.গ্রা. মাত্রায় ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।

পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া

বমি ভাব, বমি, নিদ্রাহীনতা, ডায়রিয়া, মাংশপেশীতে খিচুনী,ক্ষুধামন্দা দেখা দেয়। এ সকল প্রতিক্রিয়াসমূহ সাধারণতঃ মৃদু ও ক্ষণস্থায়ী।

সতর্কতা

ডােনেপেজিল বা পিপেরেডিন আহরিত উপাদানে অতিসংবেদনশীলতার ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

মিথস্ক্রিয়া

May increase the neurotoxic effect of antipsychotics. Concurrent use with systemic corticosteroids may increase the adverse effects of donepezil. May increase the neuromuscular-blocking effect of succinylcholine. May increase the adverse effects of cholinergic agonists. May increase the bradycardic effect of β-blockers.

গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন ব্যবহার

গর্ভাবস্থায় প্রণের উপর প্রত্যাশিত সুফল সম্ভাব্য আশংকার চেয়ে বেশী বিবেচনায় ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। দুগ্ধদানকারী মায়েদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহারের কোন নির্দেশনা নাই।

বৈপরীত্য

Donepezil is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to donepezil hydrochloride or to piperidine derivatives.

অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা

In case of renal & hepatic impairment: A similar dose schedule can be followed for patients with renal or mild to moderate hepatic impairment as clearance of donepezil hydrochloride is not affected by these conditions.

In case of children: There are no adequate and well controlled trials in document to safety and efficacy of donepezil hydrochloride in any illness occurring in children. Donepezil is not recommended for use in children.

তীব্র ওভারডোজ

Overdose may result in cholinergic crisis; symptoms include severe nausea, vomiting, salivation, hypotension, bradycardia, resp depression, collapse and seizures. Muscle weakness may increase and death may occur if resp muscles are involved. Treatment includes supportive measures and use of tertiary anticholinergics (such as atropine).
