কলিকন
Dicycloverine HCl relieves smooth muscle spasm in the GI and urinary tract. This effect is partly due to antimuscarinic action and partly direct action on the smooth muscle.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক : ১০-২০ মি.গ্রা. দিনে ৩-৪ টি বিভক্ত মাত্রায় সেব্য।
- শিশু : ৬ মাস বয়সের উর্ধ্বে শিশুদের ক্ষেত্রে - ৫-১০ মি.গ্রা. দিনে ৩ বার।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
অনিদ্রা, মাথা ব্যথা, দুর্বলতা, হতবুদ্ধি, চোখের চাপ বৃদ্ধি, প্রস্রাবের দ্বিধাগ্রস্ততা, বুক ধড়ফড় করা ইত্যাদি।
সতর্কতা
অটোনােমিক নিউরােপ্যাথি, যকৃত বা বৃক্কের রােগ, আলসারেটিভ কোলাইটিস, করােনারী হার্ট ডিজিজ, কনজেসটিভ হার্ট ফেইলিউর, কার্ডিয়াক ট্যাকিরিদৃমিয়া, জ্ঞাত অথবা সম্ভাব্য প্রােস্টেটিক হাইপারট্রফি প্রভৃতি ক্ষেত্রে সতর্কতার সাথে ব্যবহার করা উচিত।
মিথস্ক্রিয়া
The following agents may increase certain actions or side-effects of Dicycloverine-antiarrhythmic agents, antihistamines, antipsychotic agents, benzodiazepines, MAO inhibitors, narcotic analgesics, nitrates and nitrites, sympathomimetic agents, tricyclic antidepressants and other drugs having anticholinergic activity.
গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন ব্যবহার
প্রেগন্যান্সি ক্যাটাগরি ‘বি’। অতীব প্রয়ােজনীয় বিবেচিত হলেই গর্ভাবস্থায় ব্যবহার করা উচিত। স্তন্যদানকারী মায়েদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা অনুচিত।
বৈপরীত্য
ডাইসাইক্লোভেরিনের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীল রােগীদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহারে প্রতিনির্দেশিত।
অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা
তীব্র ওভারডোজ
Toxic reaction seldom occurs with dicycloverine. The signs and symptoms of overdosage are headache; nausea; vomiting; blurred vision; dilated pupils; hot, dry skin; dizziness; dryness of the mouth; difficulty in swallowing; and CNS stimulation.
