Finacea Plus
Azelaic acid is a naturally-occurring aliphatic dicarboxylic acid that inhibits the growth of Propionibacterium acnes and reduces keratinisation, thus restricts the development of comedones.

- পরিষ্কার ও শুষ্ক ত্বকে হালকা ও সম্পূর্ণভাবে সংক্রমিত স্থানে সকালে ও রাত্রে দিনে দু'বার এজিলেক মালিশ করতে হবে।
পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
চিকিৎসার শুরুতে ত্বকের স্থানিক উদ্দীপনা (যেমন ত্বকে লালচে ভাব, স্ক্যালিং, চুলকানী, জ্বালাপােড়া অনুভূতি) কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে দেখা দিতে পারে। অধিকন্তু, বেশীরভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই এই উদ্দীপনা মৃদু ধরণের এবং তা ধীরে ধীরে লােপ পায়।
সতর্কতা
- শুধুমাত্র বাহ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য।
- যদি চোখে লাগে তবে প্রচুর পানি দিয়ে চোখ ধুয়ে ফেলতে হবে।
- যদি চোখে চুলকানী বেশীক্ষণ স্থায়ী হয় তাহলে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিতে হবে।
মিথস্ক্রিয়া
Avoid spicy foods, alcoholic beverages and hot drinks that might provoke erythema, flushing and blushing during treatment of rosacea.
গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন ব্যবহার
এফডিএ নির্দেশিত গর্ভকালীন ক্যাটাগরী বি। স্তন্যদানকালে সর্তকতার সাথে এই ক্রীম ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
বৈপরীত্য
- এই ক্রীমের উপাদানের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলদের ক্ষেত্রে এটি ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
