Zincin 15 mg Tablet

Cinnarizine provides quick relief of various symptoms of cerebral and peripheral circulation disorders. Cinnarizine protects attacks of vascular headache such as migraine. Cinnarizine normalizes cerebral circulation time and improves cerebral irrigation in patients suffering from the disorders of cerebral circulation. Cinnarizine normalizes arterial pulsations in patients suffering from vasospastic disorders. Cinnarizine significantly increases the rate of inflow or pulsation and the blood flow in the most affected limb as well as the walking distance of patients suffering from intermittent claudication.

Cinnarizine acts as an antihistamine, labyrinthine sedative and a peripheral antivasoconstrictor. Inarzin is a selective calcium antagonist, inhibiting the influx of Ca2+ intracellularly. It prevents the Ca2+ dependent contraction of arterial smooth muscle by inhibiting Ca2+ influx through smooth muscle calcium channels and thereby, improves vestibular symptoms and prevents peripheral arterial disease.

ব্যবহার

মস্তিষ্কের রক্ত সঞ্চালনের বিঘ্নতাজনিত রােগ সমূহ : যেমন-

ক) মস্তিষ্কের রক্তবাহী নালিকার সংকোচন বা প্রতিবন্ধকতার জন্য সৃষ্ট উপসর্গ সমূহ;

খ) মাথায় আঘাত পাওয়ার কারণে সৃষ্ট বিভিন্ন উপসর্গ সমূহ;

গ) স্ট্রোক পরবর্তী উপসর্গ সমূহ;

ঘ) মাইগ্রেন। পেরিফেরাল রক্ত সঞ্চালনের বিঘ্নতাজনিত অসুবিধা সমূহ : যেমন- রক্তনালীর সংকোচন ও রক্ত সরবরাহের প্রতিবন্ধকতার জন্য সৃষ্ট উপসর্গ সমূহ : যেমনগ্যাংগ্রিন পূর্ববর্তী অবস্থায়, রাত্রিকালীন খিচুনি, হাত ও পায়ের তালু ঠাণ্ডা হয়ে যাওয়া, অবসন্নতা, ভেরিকোস সৃষ্ট ক্ষত ও ভারসাম্যহীনতা সৃষ্ট উপসর্গসমূহ।

খাওয়ার নিয়ম / ব্যবহারের নিয়ম

Zincin 15 mg Tablet খাওয়ার নিয়ম / ব্যবহারের নিয়ম

• ভেস্টিবুলার ডিসঅর্ডার : প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক : ২ টি করে ট্যাবলেট দিনে ৩ বার।
• ৫-১২ বছর পর্যন্ত : ১ টি ট্যাবলেট দিনে তিন বার ।
• মােশান সিকনেস : প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক : যাত্রা শুরুর ২ ঘন্টা পূর্বে ২ টি ট্যাবলেট এর পর যাত্রাকালিন সময়ে প্রতি ৮ ঘন্টা পরপর ১ টি করে (প্রয়ােজন বােধে)।
• ৫ - ১২ বছর পর্যন্ত : প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের অর্ধেক মাত্রা।
• পেরিফেরাল ভাসকুলার রােগ : শুরুতে ৪ - ৫ টি করে ট্যাবলেট দিনে ৩ বার এবং পরে ৪-৫ টি করে ট্যাবলেট দিনে ২ - ৩ বার মেইনটেনেন্স মাত্রা হিসেবে।

পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া

সাধারণত সুসহনীয় এবং পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া খুবই মৃদু। এর ব্যবহারে ঝিমুনি, ঘুমঘুম ভাব, ঘােলাটে দৃষ্টি, স্কিন এ্যালার্জি, ক্লান্তিভাব ও পরিপাকতন্ত্রের অস্বাচ্ছন্দ্য দেখা দিতে পারে।

সতর্কতা

Patient with hypotension (high dose), Parkinson's disease, porphyria. Renal and hepatic impairment. Childn. Pregnancy and lactation.

মিথস্ক্রিয়া

অ্যালকোহল, সিএনএস ডিপ্রেশনস বা ট্রাইসাইক্লিক এন্টিডিপ্রেসেন্টসগুলির একযোগে ব্যবহার এই ওষুধগুলির বা সিনারাইজিনের শোষক প্রভাবগুলিকে শক্তিশালী করতে পারে। এজন্য Zincin 15 mg Tablet গ্রহণের সময় এই ওষুধগুলি এড়ানো পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।

গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন ব্যবহার

গর্ভাবস্থায় এর ব্যবহার সুপারিশকৃত নয়।

বৈপরীত্য

বৃদ্ধ ও যে সমস্ত রােগীর নিম্নরক্তচাপ রয়েছে তাদের ক্ষেত্রে সিনাজিন দিয়ে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী চিকিৎসায় সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত। সিনাজিন পারকিনসন’স ও পরফাইরিয়া রােগে প্রতিনির্দেশিত।

অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা

নবজাতকে Zincin 15 mg Tablet নির্দেশিত নয়।

তীব্র ওভারডোজ

Symptoms: Consciousness alterations ranging from somnolence to stupor and coma, vomiting, extrapyramidal symptoms, hypotonia; seizures may occur in young children.

Management: Symptomatic and supportive treatment. May consider admin of activated charcoal within 1 hr of ingestion.
